Chef Wesley’s Country Meatloaf

I work at an Assisted Living Home as a dinner chef. I cooked this for 120 residence.

You know being a chef, you don’t really measure stuff. You just add what you think will be enough!

Ingredients:
Ground Beef
Montreal Steak Seasoning
A1 Steak Sauce
Panko Bread Crumbs
Liquid Eggs
Italian Seasoning
Bell Peppers
Onions

Topping:
Ketchup
Brown Sugar
Molasses

Directions:

Mix all ingredients
Form into a loaf
Pour liquid eggs on top to smooth out the beef
Cook at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes then top it with the ketchup mixture. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
